Philip's program can assist you to get off the diet merry-go-round once and for all. His program focuses on assisting you to overcome the underlying issues that lead to stress and emotional eating patterns while boosting self-esteem and positive body image. Our focus is not on diet or quick weight loss, but rather eliminating the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that fuel overeating patterns. Most people know how to eat correctly, but stress, anxiety, and unresolved emotional pain can sabotage their best efforts.  Hypnosis can help eliminate these dysfunctional patterns.4

1. Movement - through hypnosis, you will receive the encouragement, support, and motivation to move your body through an appropriate exercise routine that is right for you.

2. Addressing the body's addiction to sugar, processed and junk foods.

3. Revealing the underlying emotional factors that lead to self-soothing with food. Philip will help you address the core issues that create the anxiety that leads to overeating.

4. Hypnosis to release the emotional energies from the past and rewrite a new script to override the current one which is based on stresses, fears, habitual thought patterns, and beliefs.
